Mastermyne is a leading specialist product and service provider to the Australian Coal Industry, with a focus on the underground sector. Founded in 1996, today Mastermyne employs over 350 people and supplies and operates in 20 mine sites in QLD and NSW.
Mastermyne core businesses operate across two units:
- Mining operations; and
- Engineering and mining products
Mastermyne provides products and services ranging from coal and stone drivage, bulk handling systems, and ventilation systems to engineering and fabrication work and consumable sales. Mastermyne has traditionally focused these operations on the coal rich regions of the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. However, recent expansion has seen an increasing focus on the Illawarra and Hunter Valley regions in NSW.
