Our Systems
Operational flexibility is maintained through sharing of staff, skills and equipment, supported by an integrated administation team and systems run from head office.
Safety software that allows head office and on site management to access real time data allows Mastermyne to proactively and accurately manage staff skill levels, monitor ongoing training and compliance, monitor safety trends, track incident occurrence and resolution and provide clients with regular feedback on safety performance. Our Safety Management System is aligned to AS4801.
Mastermyne places great importance on maintaining good industrial relations, adopting a flexible approach that enables it to meet each customer's individual circumstances and requirements given their location and industrial history.
