- Providing the necessary information, instruction and training, which enables all employees to understand their responsibilities for HSE
- Creating a culture that puts HSE first through leadership, training and development
- Complying with all legal obligations as the minimum requirements for our Health, Safety and Environmental standards
- Proactive support and participation of key programs for the communities in which we operate
- No business objective will take priority over health, safety and the environment
Our actions:
To meet our HSE commitments, we will:
- Set targets, develop, implement and maintain management standards and systems
- Regularly monitor, review and report on our performance and where required implement strategies which support continued improvement in our HSW performance
- Engage our key stakeholders to build relationships based on honesty, openness and mutual trust and share responsibility for our HSE policy; and
- Identify, assess and control hazards and risks
Mastermyne believes that we are all responsible for our health, safety and environmental performance and through a positive HSE culture we can achieve our commitments and actions and meet our aim of Zero Harm.
It is a requirement that all employees, contractors and visitors comply with the requirements of this policy and our HSE management standards at all times.
