Engagement of Indigenous People
Mastermyne is proud of its Indigenous employee participation. We have an established Indigenous Policy and have partnered with the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSI) and other Relationship Management companies to establish meaningful resourcing targets.
We track our percentage of indigenous employees which are reported in the Company Annual Report.
Currently our ATSI workforce is 2.6% of the total workforce. We have set a target of 4% by 2016.
