In 1996, two mining mates started Mastermyne sharing one ute and a singular belief that mining could be done better by doing better.

Today, this legacy is honoured by our leadership team who are driven to create value for all stakeholders through a clear set of core values we call “The Mastermyne Way”.

While we bring the right mix of hands-on mining experience, business management expertise and strong leadership to the Board table, it’s our absolute belief that our people are the heart of our business. Our team’s enduring culture of mateship, hard work, respect and no bull is serving of our success and of building enterprise value.
